This vacuum sugar cooking machine , which consists of dosing pump, pipeline & fittings dissolving pot, storage tan, pre-cooker , is mainly used for vacuum cooking sugar to produce different candy ,such as hard candy , lollipop. Soft candy , peanut candy etc.

Vacuum cooker the pre-cooked sugar syrup pumped by pumping system to eliminate extra moisture.
