1. Fry peanuts and peel them gently and divide them into two pieces.
2. Pour the oil into the pot. When the oil is hot, add sugar and turn over the sand continuously. After the sugar is completely melted, pour the peanuts into the pot and mix with sugar.
3. Put the mixed peanuts and sugar in a rectangular box while it's hot. It's better to put oil on the bottom to prevent sticking to the bottom.
4. Press it flat and tight with a shovel spoon (four corners should be pressed more tightly). Five minutes later, buckle the dish over and pour black sesame and peanut sugar onto a clean panel.
5. When the sugar begins to harden, but it is still warm, cut it into small pieces with a knife and turn it into peanut sugar when it is completely cooled.
